Understanding the “Extensions” Tab

Overview #

VarsityScape is modular by design. The Extensions tab acts as your “App Store,” allowing you to toggle specific capabilities on or off to keep your workspace clean and efficient.

Managing Your Extensions #

1. Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
2. Select Extensions.
3. Here you will see a list of available apps (e.g., Assessments, Gamification, Affiliate Program, Course Feedback, etc.).
4. Toggle ON: Instantly adds that feature’s menu items to your dashboard.
5. Toggle OFF: Hides the feature to simplify the interface.

Note: Some extensions may be marked as “Coming Soon” or locked based on your subscription tier.

Troubleshooting & FAQ #

• I can’t find a feature that should be there.
  Check the Extensions tab first. We often ship new tools as “disabled by default” so we don’t disrupt your existing workflow.
  
• Do Extensions cost extra money?
  Most extensions are included in your core plan. If an extension requires a paid upgrade (Premium), it will be clearly labeled with a lock icon.
