Overview
As an Academy Owner, your dashboard is your command center. From here, you manage your institution’s settings, billing, team members, and the overall student experience.
1. The Navigation Bar (Top Left) #
- Academy Switcher: Click the name of your academy in the top-left corner to switch between different academies or create a new one.
- Home Icon: Always returns you to the main overview screen.
2. The Main Sidebar #
- Dashboard: A high-level view of your academy’s progress (Total Students, Active Cohorts, Revenue).
- Courses: Access the Course Builder to create new curriculums or manage existing cohorts.
- Community: View all chat channels across your academy to monitor student engagement.
- Live Classes: A master calendar of all scheduled sessions across every cohort.
- Certificates: Design and issue credentials.
3. The Admin Controls (Bottom Left) #
- Settings (Gear Icon): The control room for Branding, Public Site configuration, and Extensions.
- Members: Invite instructors, manage admins, and view your full student list.
- Billing: Manage your VarsityScape subscription plan and download invoices.
- User Profile (Avatar): Update your personal bio, password, and notification preferences.
Troubleshooting & FAQ #
Where do I find my Public Site link?
Go to Settings > Public Site. Your URL is listed there, along with the toggle to publish/unpublish the site.
I can’t see the “Billing” tab.
Only users with the Owner or Admin role can see Billing. If you are an Instructor, this tab is hidden.
