How to Join an Academy via Invite Link

Overview #

You have been invited to join an Academy on VarsityScape. Here is how to accept the invite and enter your course/cohort.

Step 1: Click the Link #

Your instructor likely sent you a link that looks like varsityscape.com/invite/.... Click it.

Step 2: Sign Up or Log In #

• New Users: If you don’t have an account, enter your email and create a password. You will need to verify your email address to proceed.
• Existing Users: If you already have a VarsityScape account, simply log in.

Step 3: Accept Invitation #

Once logged in, you will see a screen displaying the Academy’s Logo and Name. Click “Join Academy”. You will be instantly redirected to your new Student Dashboard.

Troubleshooting & FAQ #

• The link says “Expired” or “Invalid.”
  Contact your instructor. They may have reset the invite link recently and need to send you a new one.
  
• I joined, but my dashboard is empty.
  You are likely in the “Lobby.” Wait for your instructor to assign you to a specific course or cohort. Once they do, it will appear under that academy name.
