Overview #
VarsityScape supports multiple academies on one user profile. This means a single account (email/password) can belong to multiple Academies simultaneously. You might be the Owner of “Design School” but a Student in “Coding Camp.”
How to Switch #
- Look at the Top Left corner of your dashboard (the sidebar header).
- Click the logo/name of the current Academy (or the chevron/down arrow icon).
- A dropdown menu will appear listing all Academies associated with your account.
- Click the name of the Academy you wish to enter.
- The dashboard will refresh instantly to load that specific school’s data, branding, and role permissions.
Creating a New Academy #
From this same dropdown menu, you can click “Create New Academy” to launch a completely separate institution under the same login.
Troubleshooting & FAQ #
- I was invited to an academy, but it’s not in my list.
Check your email for the invitation link. You must click “Join Academy” inside the email to officially link it to your account. Once linked, it will appear in the switcher. - Can I merge two academies?
No. Each academy is a distinct database with its own students and billing. They cannot be merged.
