Troubleshooting: “I can’t find my Class Link”

Overview #

On VarsityScape, you don’t need to dig through old WhatsApp messages or emails to find your link. It is always in the same place.

Check the “Live Classes” Tab #

1. Log in to app.varsityscape.com.
2. Click on your Course (e.g., “Product Design”).
3. Click the Live Classes tab at the top.
4. You will see a card for your session. Click Join Session.

Alternative: The Notification Bell #

If class is starting right now (or in 10 minutes), look at the top right corner of your screen:

1. Click the Bell Icon.
2. You will see a notification: “Live Class Starting Now.”
3. Click that notification to jump straight into the video room.

Troubleshooting & FAQ #

• The “Join” button is greyed out.
  You cannot join a class more than 10 minutes early. Wait until the scheduled start time, refresh the page, and the button will turn active.
  
• I clicked Join but nothing happened.
  Check if your browser blocked a pop-up. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
