You’ve put in the work. Here is how to see your scores and claim your credential.
Checking Your Grades #
- Go to your Course Dashboard.
- You will see a “Progression” indicator on your main view.
Downloading Your Certificate #
If you have completed the course requirements:
- Navigate to the Certificates tab inside the course.
- If you are eligible, you will see your personalized certificate displayed.
- Download PDF: Saves a high-quality file to your device for printing.
Troubleshooting & FAQ #
- I finished the course but don’t see a certificate.
Certificates are often tied to specific criteria (e.g., “Must complete 100% of modules”). Check your Content tab to ensure you didn’t skip a lesson. If you are stuck, DM your instructor. - My name is spelled wrong on the certificate.
The certificate uses the name in your Profile Settings. Go to your Profile, correct your name, and then refresh the certificate page to regenerate it.
