As you begin the journey as an instructor on the VarsityScape platform, you agree to abide by these Instructor Terms (“Terms”). The VarsityScape platform is owned by VarsityScape Ltd (“VarsityScape”, “VS”, “We”, “Us,).
The following guidelines provide a comprehensive roadmap for tutoring on VarsityScape. These points are essential in creating high-quality learning experiences for your students.
The instructor gives a description of the course, as well as introduces students to the course format and length (proposed duration). Clear and specific results to be achieved, expected skill(s) knowledge gained upon completion, of course, should be included here too. The instructor’s contacts might be added in case of any correction or feedback from learners. If the course is which the instructor intends to include a large volume of information, it is advisable to be divided into short modules for easier assimilation. In general, course content should be accessible, attractive, and engaging for learners. The instructor should also indicate the course accessibility or compatibility to learners with special needs (visual or otherwise).
License to VarsityScape
Mode of Assessment and Evaluation
The instructor should properly understand his target learners and create content specifically for them. Courses designed with learners in mind have higher chances of success. To evaluate and grade learners’ progress, instructors can use any of the following:
- Essays, Articles, Papers
- Instructors can give Assignments/Quizzes in any lesson, not only at the end of the course.
- Instructors can also offer a list of ‘Additional resources’ for further learning.
Certificate indicating student’s names and course details (title, duration…). Certificates are offered only when the course has at least one mode of assessment e.g test, quiz
Before publishing your course on VS, please make a thorough final review. Instructors may also indicate who is recommended to study/ take their courses.
Relationship With Other Users
Instructors can have a direct or an indirect relationship with students to allow them to develop in certain areas. VarsityScape is not responsible for any irrelevant use of student data, and you agree to use such data appropriately.
Trust and Safety
VS, therefore, retains the rights to evaluate and either approve or reject courses on the that are posted on the site. As a trust and safety policy for VS, instructors agree to not make courses that will likely damage the reputation of VS in any way possible, we also reserve the right to punish any matter of irregularities concerning the breach of this policy.
Instructors will receive payments into their bank account. The instructor will receive payment via their bank account as indicated on their profile page.
Deleting Your Account
Instructions on how to delete your account will be provided to you by support if requested. Also, note that in any case of unbalanced issues in the platform, you may not delete your account until every detail is sorted.
Updating The Terms
We confirm that we will adapt the habit of updating our terms and policies, and as such, those updated terms become relevant and active from the day it was posted(updated).

Your contract with VarsityScape Academy is detailed in the contract you signed with us upon appointment.
